Hehe .. fun weekend so far : D Many MANY bruises and cuts. You know it's been a long boarding weekend. Surprisingly I'm not set off from it from the bruises and cuts I've gotten. I'm a tough cookie. Friday was absolutely AMAZING. I had a lot of fun. Brought my long board to school, got picked on because it looks un-ridden because I clean my wheels. Jorelle and I left for downtown, skeptical as I was about my ability to not run over people downtown, I thought I did pretty good. China town for bubble tea, then to the bow river to cruise. So much fun, AND long boarders are extremely nice people, well .. the good ones at least, besides the sector nines with their hands in their pockets and the people who ride their boards backwards. = P I only fell once, my first fall too! : D what a superman fly. I have a lovely bruise on my knee from that, and a twistedish ankle. And then Saturday we went at it again, this time multiple cuts and bruises because I freaked out after Jouchelle wiped out, It scared me, I tried to stop, I ended up getting hurt too, it's okay, it's tuff guy scars. Everyone thought I was odd because I was still up for continuing. I'm not delicate. Love me some bruises, and love me some Jorelle.
